I would also argue that DirecTV doesn't really have a name to tarnish. There are three reasons people use it. Least likely is that it's the cheapest option. I think that's a rare case, but it probably is true for some. For some, it's the only option. If you live in some rural place with no cable company and no high speed internet you're stuck with satellite. If that's the case for someone who cares about TV they should probably try and move. What has kept them going for probably a decade is Sunday Ticket. They no longer have that. So they will be irrelevant soon and some might mistakenly blame it on the thing you're posting about. Or some conservatives might mistakenly (or deceitfully) take credit for it.
