Yeah, the most egregious of which is that the plan falls apart if River notices that the bomb stuff never made it onto the plane.
But I think it's worth the suspension of disbelief just for seeing his own incredulous disbelief - "not again!"
It's a fun ride. Looking forward to reading the book soon.
