Hey znu... here is the training plan for a Spring half marathon. I thought you could modify it for Broad St if you wanted.

It's for a race the week after Broad Street so you would want to back everything up a week. Also, it's for a half marathon, so if you wanted to adjust it for mileage, I would say that for the Saturday long runs you could reduce the mileage by 2 miles. Or you could just do the half marathon training and a 10 mile race should feel easy then.

The Tuesday workouts are speed workouts. They may not be obvious what to do from reading them because the descriptions are abbreviated for space. If you were interested I could flesh out the description more.
