It's the opposite for us. I'm hearing we're expected to continue to have above average temperatures. We were 10 degrees above normal with lots of rain

for January. They expect the same for February which is making me start to worry about how hot this summer is going to be though I'm not sure there's any correlation between a warmer than normal winter and a hotter than normal summer.
