What do you use to win one of the other locations?

I like playing green goblin or nova there. If I don't play goblin on 3 I usually wait. Someone plays Thor there then I either concede the location and Nova there to give my other cards plus 4, Shang Chi to kill the Thors, or both to get me plus 3 and kill the Thors. It depends on what I draw and if I have Sera active.
