But what if it's purchased by something outside of media? Wouldn't that in theory increase competition?

At the rate they're going, while it would be seriously inglorious end, they're kind of headed for the path where private equity would purchase just WB and just slice it all up

Sell the studio for the land under it, the libraries and rights to another and so on and on

I don't think that anti-trust can prevent that?
