Wouldn't necessarily stop a divesture of WB? I mean if the studio is unburdened from all the Discovery streaming stuff

I mean if Zaslav is willing to write off finished movies, couldn't he be capable of writing off the whole studio?
Sell that pesky, unpredictable, expensive part of the company to something that has done the math and can turn a profit in the short term by running the place into the ground and selling off anything that remains. No worries about long term......
Actually having typed that....maybe this is actually a pitch that WB isn't sold and Zaslsv skips unnecessary steps and just does this directly 🤷🏻♂️
