It's called "Bunker," and their tagline is "Northwest DC will never be the same again." I mean that's a bit full of oneself, and obviously not true.

The murals on the walls and all of the decorations are gas masks and post-apocalyptic. The theme was described as a mix of "Technolicious Dystopia: Blade Runner/Ex Machina/12 Monkeys/Gay Pride"
