Mawile isn't a great loss, but Sableye is good for pvp and Machop is really good for a lot of things.

Replacements are:
Male Nidoran. Probably useful when going against fairy types, which is a rarity, but Nidoking is a nice shiny.
Magnemite. I think there were a few times when one of the evolutions was good for pvp, but not often.
Beldum. If you don't have a good one, this is what to try for. Just wait until you can get the community day move for Metagross.
