I'd have to see the charging document, but the probable cause statement linked in that article seems to differentiate Baldwin's two roles.

He's charged in two different capacities, one as "Actor and Shooter" and the other as "Producer".
The first charge seems to be based on recklessness or gross negligence (e.g., lack of any training whatsoever, failed to check if the gun was loaded, etc.).
The second charge seems to rely on failure to abide by industry standards: " BALDWIN asserted and is clearly shown to be a producer on this particular film. Based on his position, BALDWIN, through act(s) and/or omission(s), contributed to or failed to mitigate or address multiple significant safety violations, issues, and/or concerns that resulted in ‘multiple noted instances of recklessness leading up to, contributing to, and causing the shooting."
I wonder if they are charging any other producers.
