It's that place that you see kids sports team go after games and has a game room. It's also kind of a family friendly sports bar of sorts. Thus they're doing a bunch of in person business.
So why should those people have to pay what would essentially be a hidden surcharge to subsidize those who opted for an extra service?
At the same time, while they're not just handing over the full delivery fee to the drivers, the drivers are extra employees who wouldn't necessarily be on shift if the place wasn't offering in-house delivery service. So the delivery fee is directly related to the wages of the drivers.
