The blue bathroom has to go. But otherwise, I dig it. Not crazy about the upper floor sitting room as it seems kind of pointless.

But it could make a decent office area.

I do dislike the only main floor bathroom being through the closet. Guests would have to go downstairs which is not a deal breaker but just a weird design choice to me.
