Yeah thats rough. Conversely I had a proud parenting moment yesterday.

My 7 year old came home from school and said "Dad, I need some things."
"What do you need?"
"Claws, trash bags, shirts and hats."
"Why?"
"For Trash Club. When we rode the bus to the zoo we saw trash in the streets in places. We want people to be able to call us and we would go and pick it up. The claws are so we don't have to use our hands."
"Is this for class or a project or something?"
"No we just want to do it. There's four of us. I got everyones shirt sizes. We wear the same size hats."
I was almost in tears. Not entirely sure how to support this idea she came up with but I absolutely want to. She was fired up. She finished dinner and asked to make signs.
