:) I keep seeing ads for goat yoga
Been debating whether I should add yoga to my workout or at least try it. Been doing PT for about 2 months for what seems like a pinched nerve. PT has been focused on my neck/back and lats and has made a few comments about how they need to be strengthened (using my neck too much). Starting to wonder if yoga would work well to improve that and/or flexibility overall.
