By saying that FEDRA came through with big wedges to mow the cars out of the way.
Still, right afterwards, someone could create a blockade pretty easily.
I also wondered if they'd explain that the gas would deteriorate or not. Kind of glad to see they included that bit. Though it seems like the Kansas City folk seem to have plenty of gas.
