Frankly...that's kinda stupid. Does someone really have to send in a piece of paper to say, "Hey, we'd like Emmy consideration?"

I agree somewhat; on the otherhand to make a comparison, certainly the vast majority of Oscar voters don't see anywhere near all films each year. -- nm
