the sets vary, but that's how i see it usually present.
as when this has come up before, i think st, as with thoughts about almost anything, is what you focus on -- you look for (doesn't have to be intentionally)/see the negative, it seems to grow. i don't do that, so i don't see it being constant, etc.
also a repeat: if you are finding things so bad, it may be time for a break. not byebyeforever, please (i'd miss you!), but a breather.
