Have any Slackers involved in non-profits face challenges with their voting procedures during the pandemic. How did you handle it?

Like many (I'm sure) other organizations our bylaws were written some 60 years ago when there was no concept of electronic voting.
Where we get hung up is that voting must take place at the meeting. We're trying to figure how to convert this to a written ballot. Can we do this by email in advance of the meeting? I know other organizations do this but they likely have a much more sophisticated IT set-up.
Suggestions?
