my 15-minute walk amenity is the pub. used to be a fish & chips & pho place, and the world's worst convenience store, but they shuy.

my 5-minute drive list is comprehensive though. the little town nearby is the last stop on the way out of Perth to the east, so it has everything on a 300m strip of main street.
4 supermarkets, 2 pubs, 3 liquor stores, 3 bakeries, 4 cafes, 6 fast food chains, 2 butchers, 3 or 4 hairdressers, a pizza place, a sushi place, ice cream/bubble tea shop, physios, doctors, a gas station, at least one lawyer, accountants, galleries, a ceramics studio, 3 pharmacies, a vet, a Chinese restaurant, the lawn mower/chainsaw shop, a bank I don't ever use.
