He writes songs for artists I don't listen to so it makes sense not to know who he is. I also don't pay attention to awards shows besides

I'm not sure I'd be able to make many songwriters anyway. I know the artists but don't usually dig deep to find out who wrote the song. I assume the artists wrote the songs though I know that's not always true.
