i am doing a quick 2 days wknd in NY, but not till early December. Weighing whether to buy tickets to something in advance (not yet, obvie), or just -- (edited)

try to get something last minute.
I've seen most of the big shows at some point, so something smaller would be fine.
I figure December weekends are probably pretty busy...
