When Enterprise bought Alamo and National their old Tulsa HQ was a converted Worldcom/MCI plant.

It was bleak for the workers but it was 1. cheap and 2. the CEO, installed by the PE owners, spouse or something was the mayor so it allowed them to claim a large empty building was filled.
