It's in a division with 3 other teams that are in varying stages of suck. He's instantly the best QB of the quartet

I'm more confused on why New Orleans would get involved with him given they're in salary cap hell and he's not *that* good. They're going to tie up 20% of their cap for a guy who aspires to maybe be a top 10 QB.
