it's like a lot of laws, these are just really obvious. every law takes funding to enforce.. usually.. that's what some of the test cases were about

in Texas where they are putting bounties on people for having abortions. when you allow your fucked up base to be the cops for a law, then you can really throw anything you like out there.
we're kind of fucked with the current supreme court makeup... they put in people so young, some of them may be in for the rest of my life.
