is anyone here good at photo editing?

As you probably saw I lost my cousin yesterday.
I found a photo I took in 1989, it includes him with several family members who recently passed. I developed and printed the film myself (as a learner) so the quality is not wonderful.
I am looking for someone who can make it pretty, and also so we can recognize the people in the background.

I only downloaded a 49kb version but even just using the default enhanced settings in Google Photoa made it pop. - Mop Mar 6, 21:25
a simple contrast adjustment would fix it up, then select the people in the background a brighten, or make a screen blend. -- nm - zeitgeist Mar 6, 21:21
