most antitrust comes down to pricing. is any jury going to believe JetBlue/Spirit when they say this will lower ticket prices for fliers?

the demonstrative on how Spirit fucks you with fees alone would probably lose them the case

You'd have to include Spirit's "fees" in the ticket price comparison of course.
