Which would be very PIF like and is a whole PIF as an economic Borg type thing

I don't think that one has to tweak the PIF mission statement all that much to end up with "Resistance is Futile"
I know that generally the whole point is that the Saudi's envision a non-petro chemical based world and while they've got all that money, they need to branch out but......
