I go back and forth. I doubt an explicit conversation has taken place, but I do think many side conversations have happened.

Not like a group email with "Here's the plan" as the title, but more like conversations about the Browns deal over the last year commenting about how bad it was and how we need to avoid situations like that.
SO I don't think there is collusion but certainly a lot of rich white guys that are assuming other rich white dudes are on the same page as them.
Only takes one though.
