WHY ISN'T THE DESKTOP WALLPAPER UPDATED!

Well, because we received a random ticket of "Can we please update the background screen" which was closed last week with "X handles that, please coordinate with him" and no further response

Today it's all WTFBBQ! where is the wallpaper! and had to explain again that x sends us the updated wallpapers and if new person is doing this now, perhaps we could have been informed and/or the person responded to the closed ticket directing them to the current person.

Why does everyone have to make everything so complicated?
