It's a very serious thing here - with renos on your house you need to put down a tree-deposit that you do not get back if you tree gets damaged - Andie Mar 9, 08:32 1

- heh, hence the "own your own yard" part! Plus, most of the HOAs are within the "Fee Take Line" which means The Army Core of Engineers oversee them. - Spawn Mar 9, 08:32
