I think that's what the whole negotiation is about. I'm pretty sure that for the Apple contract to be talked about in the fashion of that post

That it was a single fixed number.
No escalators based on future increase in subscriptions. No % increase based on increase of subscriptions...actually I think I just repeated myself
So go back to the single fixed number
