And now I'm thinking it would affect hourly since it says overtime would kick in after 32 hours. Salaried workers don't get overtime so I guess it

And that's the issue that businesses are going to have. They'll have to pay more or hire more workers if they need more than 32 hours of work in a week from each employee.
I think many businesses would be fine going to a four day work week.
But I don't know what they say to someone like Todd Manning that works an hourly job and would seem to lose a good chunk of change.
