I'm having a weird issue where I can't get eBay to load and I can't figure out what's blocking it from loading.

I turned off uBlock which is the only thing I can think would stop it from loading but that didn't help. I know something is causing it to be blocked because it works fine if I use a private browser.
I can get to eBay using a link to All Categories from a search but ebay.com doesn't load and clicking a link to it doesn't work and trying to go to the main page from anywhere on eBay doesn't work. I'm stumped.
