they've been sued a bunch of times, each time they settle and nothing changes. the gov't has not gotten involved, nothing will change until they do.

`the list of crap they've done is stunning from data breaches to hacking into competitors to coordinating with scalpers to screw over ticket buyers. this company should not exist.
