I was honestly low key dreading my next 15 years as a kind of chore. As someone who hasn't had a year end review in 15 years I always have to assume no news is good news but can't help but wonder if they do really value me. I have to say that this really makes me feel great about finishing out my career here (which was my intent anyways)
