So, the scientist and the double agent...

She was a double agent, right? Sent by who, though? She's not New Republic secret agent...She from Goth what's his name, who was taking blood from Grogu...right?

Was the mission to make sure he was caught, so they could totally wipe his memory...and all evidence of the cloning work he was doing?

I'm just unsure of the who/what/why of that part of the episode
