I mean, in the world they live in, there aren't many nice things that happen for them. And in this episode, sure, there was a thing that ruined the nice thing. But it ended nicely, and the Empire wasn't involved at all. So it was nice.
add to that that last night I'd spent some time watching Fukushima tidal wave videos, and ... well ... so too did the production staff, it seemed.
