I remember this conversation last year, and the bottom line is that Ukraine's pilots are already trained on the MIG-29.

I'm pretty sure Ukraine's pilots are not trained on the F-16. And it's not like Tom Cruise can take time away from his busy schedule to train an entire air force to fly a plane in just 3 months.
