i get why Tester might want to take that vote in a tough re-election cycle but probably running against Ryan Zinke which this should not even factor

into. if you can't beat Zinke by lighting him up every day for his laundry list of crimes and ethics violations in Trump's cabinet, a nothing vote like this against "woke regulations" isn't going to win you a single vote
