The easiest path is to gameify something that already exists, the way all these werewolf type games have cropped up in the last few years

Chameleon, Secret Hitler, etc plus all the ones that actually have werewolf in the title
Wordle is just mastermind with letters
I used to play a card game called 99 ... Uno Boomo stole the rules and branded it. Hell, original Uno is just crazy 8s.
