I find I am more productive at home but learn more in the office....

I listen and converse with other co-workers in the office in a way you can not get through Teams or e-mail.

But I do find that sometimes it gets noisy in the office and its more comfortable to be at home. I am slightly more productive at home because there are less distractions.

We have all sorts of metrics to measure productivity and most people work at home now because there was was very little difference in productivity. And now my office has too many people for us to all come back in every day. Some people want to at the office every day but most now only have to come in once a month for meetings with managers and to ensure computer updates.
