Last I looked *are* a nation of laws, right? If the law requires he be indicted and/or arrested, then that's the law. If people break the fucking law, put them in jail.

Are we not supposed to carry out the law simply because there are a lot of racist assholes and people are afraid of them? Sounds like Reconstruction all over again. We're Americans. We're not supposed to live in this sort of fear - or so I've always been told.
