Picard specualtion spoils

I'm still thinking Jack is either part Borg or a Changeling. I think the illness is just a diversion for the hallucinations and hearing a voice saying to find her/ them. Part Borg would be and interesting way to bring in the Queen.

Also, why is everything in Trek land red? The Red Lady, The Red Angel, the Red Door... There are other colors Trek writers!
