the baseball bat picture from yesterday and the 'Death and Destruction' tweet was from early this morning when he started his ranting for the day.

It should not have been hard for him to just say, yesterday he threatens the DA with a baseball bat and now today he threatens everyone with Death and Destruction if hes held accountable.
