Just finished my first container ever of tofu. A few observations

1) I bought extra-firm, given its texture, why would anyone buy anything softer?

2) Tofu definitely needs seasoning. A lot of seasoning.

3) I had quickly made this tofu egg and cheese scramble for lunch. Tofu is greatly enhanced by the fat from melted cheese

4) Cholula Chipotle sauce makes it better.
