In response to "Just finished my first container ever of tofu. A few observations" by crash davis

the number one thing people new to tofu sometimes miss with it is pressing the excess water out of it.

i just put it in a strainer and place a heavy pot on top of it for a while.
and, yes, seasoning is the key. it's just a substance that you can give any flavour you want to. go nuts!
