There is none. Hasn't been for a long time. When we lived in Berkeley ten years ago, there were like five different ideas in three years.

Build a new stadium next the old stadium.
Build a new stadium a few miles down the road.
Build a new stadium a few miles up the road.
Restore the stadium.
Move the team to a new stadium in San Jose, so your local fan base can still go see you.
