The problem with having a Keurig is that it’s too easy at any point in the day to think “Hmm, I could go for some coffee” and suddenly have one. -- nm

For the sake of my sleep, I have a hard rule on no caffeine after noon. Later, strengthened to 1.5 cup max coffee each morning.
