lol. I'm supremely worried about this. Luckily I haven't missed yet. Only played a little last night. Researched some tech but also found you only

have to power the sending side of interplanetary logistics. Apparently the logistics craft can take off and land from an unpowered tower. Going to try it as soon as I can build enough power generation on my home planet to run it
