2 refineries supply 4 X-ray crackers in series, ultimately processing 1 crude/sec into 3 hydrogen and 2 graphite. Scalable as needed (I’m currently running at 4 crude/sec). Anything that doesn’t go to red science gets burned off for energy. You’ll also need to burn off any excess refined oil if you get backed up. I’ve also started diverting some excess hydrogen for fuel cells as I get more titanium.
